The Custom Quilt Process
1. Reserve Your Design Spot
Submit your deposit and project details to begin the custom quilt process.
2. Consultation
We discuss your vision, quilt size, colors, fabrics, and any inspiration you have in mind.
3. Design Mockup
A digital quilt layout will be created so you can see how the finished quilt will look.
4. Design Approval
Small adjustments can be made before the design is finalized.
5. Materials Purchased
Once the design is approved, fabrics and materials are purchased for your quilt.
6. Quilt Creation
Your quilt is carefully pieced, quilted, and finished in the studio.
Deposit Information
• $100 design deposit
• Applied toward the final quilt price
• Deposit becomes non-refundable once materials are purchased
• Major design revisions after mockup may require additional design fees
